The project and the subsequent photo book Falling Man consist of photographs taken at cemeteries, churches and the Red Light District in Amsterdam 2020. These images are combined with the portraits of family and friends with their eyes closed, while contemplating their mortality -Memento Mori - and with the souvenirs they show of a deceased loved one.
